Error game and lag

I played the sims4 and try to create the new sim and move into the house but got the error pop-up as attached image. and the household that I previously play was disappeared and can't recover. pls kindly help. I try to restart the games many times.

and I also got the lag time. After I create the new sim and move on the next stage to create house. the time of loading to next stage is really long. sometime it stuck to that page.

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
    • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
    • Any LastException files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
