Since the update I can no longer play with my family, but I can still build and customize their clothes. I did the following for this, asked EA support, repaired it, deleted the entire game and EA. D...
Have you never used mods/cc or removed them ?
111 is usually a broken object on the lot, most often a place for custom food that was removed from the game.
To fix it, load the lot in build mode and delete any empty plates you find. If you can't delete a certain plate, place it on a counter and delete the counter.
