[FFEQ] Can't Claim Rewards/Online Connections Required

Question

mine is having trouble with this too.It keeps telling me to go online to save my progress to claim the reward, Ive tried fixes suggested in other threads, turning the online social option on/off, restarting, etc. the other parts of the quest are done until the "buy a frame" bit.&nbsp;anyone have suggestions?&nbsp;

Im playing on a pc, no mods. after this I was trying to access the gallery and it will not connect online, gets stuck there also.

this morning I backed up the files and verified the game, and its still the same

I dont know how to do the thread splitting thing? sorry, still learning
