For Rent Achievment Bug

Question

I play on PlayStation 5, it’s is march 17th, 2025. Since I’ve bought this for rent pack I have not been able to complete the first aspiration for the 5 star property owner aspiration, handle a maintenance event. I’ve tried everything and it just keeps failing even after I complete the event. Any answers
