Hello IrisMyrna 😊if the Residential Rental already has people living in them, then the best way to remedy this is by evicting them from the Manage Worlds.
To do this, first click on the occupied unit and then look for the 3 dots as shown below and then click on the Evict (House Icon) and this should remove the occupants.
Once you have evicted all tennants from the Residential Rental, you should then be able to Purchase the Residential Rental Lot.
