Gallery not loading and event tab missing

I've been having issues getting the gallery to connect and the event tab on the main menu is missing for months now, I've done every troubleshooting method in the book, used a VPN and tried numerous other Internet networks. I've turned off mods, removed my mods, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, "repaired" the game in the EA app, made sure online permissions are allowed in settings, opened the game with an empty save folder literally every little thing in the book and none of it as made any difference, I'm really sick and tired of my game being utterly broken. Any anyone got an clues cause I'm at the end of my rope.
