Re: Gallery not working "No results"

The in game Gallery never finds the ID I type in.

I have gone to the online EA Sims 4 Gallery and tried it to make sure the name is valid and it is.

Sometimes if I copy the user name from the online gallery and paste it into the in game gallery it works and gives me a result but now that fails also. It's very frustrating.

If you are having the same problem please let EA know. We need help.

Hey @ReneHollyDesign1 , is this still happening? Are you getting an error in the in-game Gallery, or just no results at all when you search for an ID?
