Gallery Stuck In Infinite Connecting Screen

Hi guys, I got a couple expansion packs yesterday and ever since then, I've been trying to open other player's gallery in the library to save buildings and stuff, especially the modelling agency and I just can't. This pop up appears asking, "online or stay offline" I pick online and it loads for hours, stays loading and nothing else. Mind you I've had a good and stable connection since I launched the game, what could be the issue and what do I do?
