Can someone help me? For the past day my gallery hasn’t been working. It’s stuck on “attempting to connect” I’ve tried everything I’ve closed out of the sims, restarted my console, redownloaded the game, changed my wifi but nothing is working. Everything besides the sims runs perfectly.

I just updated my game for the Cozy Celebrations Event and can now access the gallery after the update. Not sure why it's so difficult for EA to make a simple announcement across their channels (X, Discord, Instagram, etc.) that disruptions may occur as updates are being readied for release, instead of having players delete mods, save files, etc., and pulling their hair out thinking it's something on our end.

Hi. I cannot access the gallery, and it will not connect. It just keeps loading, and the screen doesn't change. I have a MacBook Air and the software is macOS Sequoia version 15.0.1. I deleted the local cache files and removed my mods to see if it worked. I also removed the tray file. I did all of that but nothing is working. If someone has any suggestions that would be great. Thank you.

Hi, I've been having this problem for about a week now where my sims game gets stuck on 'Attempting to Connect' when I try to open the gallery. So far I have tried (once having removed mods and cc); removing my tray, making back ups of everything and then repairing the game, restarting the EA app, restarting my computer, deleteing the local thumbcache, deleting the old The Sims 4 file and restarting the, making TS4 an exception on my security and antivirus, and pinging sims4cdn URLS recommended on other threads. I don't know what to do now, please help.

I have had this problem since yesterday. It was connecting and while playing the game, it started refusing to open the Gallery. I have been through the list of recommendations and nothing is working to resolve the issue. I've reinstalled the EA App, removed my tray, mods, and save files, repaired the game, and started a new Sims 4 folder. The EA App and The Sims are allowed through my antivirus, and I also turned it completely off and it still won't connect. I also tried pinging sims4cdn.

I am also having this issue. I've attempted to clear all cache from TS4 File and EA app, remove save files and mods, and even uninstall/reinstall the EA app and I still cannot connect. Wifi connection is good for the gallery's purposes. Any help would be appreciated!

hello, my pc is connected to the wifi and my wifi is fine as well. the other day, i tried to open the gallery as i was going to move my sim into a new house and the gallery says connection required so i tried to connect to the gallery. however, my gallery gets stuck at the " attempting to connect " screen and it just loads there for so long even if my pc is connected to the wifi. i've repaired the game and restarted my pc multiple times now. how do i fix this?

hello ! what do you mean by a different connection? i use ethernet on my pc so there's a wire connected to the wifi and to my pc.

I mean using mobile data for example @aegisquared to rule out a network or ISP issue.

I am also having this issue since Friday night. I've followed the steps in multiple threads, same as everyone on this thread and still no resolution to being stuck in the never ending "attempting to connect" so I'm not sure what else to try from here.

The Sims 4 will not connect to the gallery no matter how many times I try. It just asks me to connect and stays in the loading phase, no matter how long I wait nothing connects. This happened randomly one day and I have sifted through the cache, cleaned my library, removed mods, replaced the tray, repaired and reinstalled several times, searched all over the internet over 3 days and I can't find a solution. I use the EA app and really just want to connect to even my our pieces I put on the gallery, I can't reach those either/ Please help.
