gallery won't charge, can't build.

hi so I have a macbook air 2017 and I deleted everything in my mac and installed origin about a day go cause I had deleted the game for uni and I got the ea app change thing. I did it, installed sims 4 and everything was ok, I downloaded my mods and my saves, which I had already replaced 1 time before in which I also uninstalled it and then installed months after (I had no problem whatsoever), and before putting the files the gallery was fine. I first put the saves and check everything was ok, then the mods where everything was ok again, but as I finished doing the sims and wanted to build the objects wouldn't appear, not a thing appeared. then I realized the gallery wasn't woking either. I took the tray file as I read somewhere but it didn't work, then the saves, neither, then the mods, neither. tried the repair thingy on the ea app (which btw I hate, origin wasn't the best but it was better) but it didn't work. this is the first time I have trouble with the sims and I've checked every single thread, none have worked or they where for windows and ad blockers, which I don't even know if Mac has. pls help☹️

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
