079xouzq5wjc Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see. Try again to load this household and when it crashes, look for an new LE. If you find one, open it (Notepad is fine), copy its text, and paste it into a reply.
If you don't get an LE, try moving the household to a different lot. Load the family and the lot separately. That should tell you where the problem is. If it's the family, split them and test again until you find the sim that's triggering the crashing.
