Game is broken

Game is broken.  Can't elope on the sims 4 console.  It seems like they fixed some issues but my Sims can't elope, and my dead Sims when they come up to a sim wanting to chat with them their picture shows that they are a living sim instead of a ghost in their wants.  Plus the gnomes are still dancing in my game on the console.
