Game Says I Don't Own HSY

So i pre ordered HSY and got my code for it on launch day and downloaded it, apart from the bugs it's now caused in some things. When visiting community downloads for new houses that people have uploaded. When I go to download some of the items it says I don't own HSY on one icon but then it does for another, did EA release a deluxe edition of HSY???
