Game Unplayable after 10/1/24 update

So the game updated today, and when I went to play, it froze and crashed. Then afterwards, when doing things like exiting CAS, the game would suddenly boot me from my household, and I'd get an error saying that it couldn't load the game and that a relaunch is recommended. This has happened multiple times until I decided to stop trying.
