Game won’t load cc all at once

For some reason ever since a recent update my game hasn’t been loading I assumed it was due to my custom content, so I took it all out of my game and it loaded perfectly fine so to find the culprit I decided to do the 50/50 method, however as I made my way through the files. I couldn’t find a single mod that was out of date or corrupting my game and I noticed that my game would only load if I put in each piece of cc in small batches. I even went as far as completely uninstalling my game and reinstalling it but the issue didn’t resolve. I didn’t install any new cc since the update and my game has never given me any issues so I’m assuming something must’ve changed in the way the game handles cc.

I play with MacBook Air with 16 GB of memory on OS Tahoe 26.4.1
