gender and preferences wont change plus more

none of my saved games will work properly. for example my adult is under a toddler and her gender is set to male for some reason. then i tried to open a new game cant change anything or go into the worlds due to genders or  preference's being stuck as well. also i had 5 Nanny's living in my household every time i travel they spawn back into the current home this has been this way for over a week now and I've restarted and nothing please help
