Get to work help.

I play Sims on the PS4 and I wanted to get my Sims a business selling things at a retail store but unfortunately when I click on an empty lot the cash register symbol does not appear. Yes, I have the pack Get To Work but it still does not appear does anyone know why this might be happening?

@SheriGR I had to delete and start all over again and also I was not getting access to Magnoila Promenade at all but I will try and see if I can get it to it or is it in a pack

@kelzblogs If you are not seeing Magnolia Promenade at all this is very suspect. It is a new 'town/world' that came with the pack and should show with your other 'worlds'. If you were on PC/Mac you would want to do a game repair to make sure the pack is successfully downloaded properly, as it is not apparently the case in your game currently. When @PoptartJuniper pops in she will know what the Console version alternative of a game repair is.

@kelzblogs I've consulted on this and have some options to address your incomplete retail pack issue on console:
First, make sure your game saves are saved/uploaded to the cloud.
Next, delete the retail pack.
Now re-install the retail pack.
If the pack is still not complete (if you are still not seeing the new town/world and stores), then re-install the game. That process should also bring in the Retail pack ("Dine Out") that you purchased.

@kelzblogs Did the advice @SheriGR give help? It sounds like the pack is not properly installed on your console, or the account that purchased the pack is not set as primary on your console.
