Get to Work Retail: What can be sold?

Is there a list of what can and cannot be sold in Get to Work retail lots? 

I take it large appliances can't be sold? I have a landfill lot enabled and repaired the dumped fridges/ovens, but I can't set them up for sale. 

Edit: figured out how to sell them - put them into household inventory and pulled them out again.

But I'm still interested in seeing if such a list exists.
