Getaway Timer Circle not showing up properly.
I thought this was a mod issue at first so I tried removing my mods until none are left and still experiencing this.
My getaway timer circle (the circle that shows how many times left before the getaway ended) will either show a complete circle, or a full rounded circle occasionally. Nothing in between.
I check some lets play video and it shows that the circle supposed to be progressively reducing, like how when you went on dates or vacation.
Since Ive ruled out the mods by manually removing them, disabling mods in options and removing cache, is there anything in the settings that might affect this? Please advise.
