Getting a Sims 4 Last exception without mods or cc on my Save File

Hi, I've been getting this L.E on my Save File lately.

This what tested without cc / mods but Better Exceptions and Skin Details.

It always appear the same about relationships as soon as I enter a household without me even doing anything (cause the game is always paused) at the begginning. I have already taken out my Mods folder, saves and tray before updating, besides that, I have also tried to test without mods/cc and still a L.E generates. Of course I already know I have to delete the localthumbcache etc.

Yes, I also already updated to the latest patch:1.110.265.1030

So, please help me to figure it out what does this mean! Thanks in advance!

    @Simtasticgallery Did you hide any relationship ? I'd say you have some broken relationship.

    Do you see any symptoms other than the LE ?

    As far as I know, I didn't have any relationship hidden at the time that happened and neither changed them.

    Well the other symptop it had was, whenever I tried to change a Sim in CAS (the appearance or whatever) their thumbnails didn't load properly and I couldn't save and sometimes it did (see attached photos) as an example of what was happening.

    However, now that I tried without mods and cc this last time and still got the L.E I don't know how to feel about it (luckily I had a previous backup of this Save File I am telling you about) but is this L.E something "safe to ignore"?

    @Simtasticgallery Probably not, no. I currently don't have the time to look at saves so maybe ask at either SAD or MCCC discord so they can check it for you. Maybe it's something known.
