Ghost town

so my sim is a vampire and he is 212 days old and no one is in any households. there is no one in willow creek and the three households that are left (exept the valtores and vlad) are just one elder in a house. how do I get more sims. also I hibernated my vampire for 2 weeks and there are no new households

Please try the following setting:
go to the Main Menu > enter your saved game (but not a lot)
click the three dots in the top right corner to open the "Options Menu >Game Options > Gameplay"
Tick the box that says "Fill Empty Homes"
Click the "Apply Changes" button. Save, exit, and restart your game.
If you have the box ticked and are still having the issue please add your information to this bug report and click 'Me Too' on the initial report.

If worse comes to worse you can create households or download households from the gallery and move them into lots in the worlds in order to populate the homes.

i just checked my game and i already had that setting on

@TuxedoCatOfPower You're very welcome! Since you had the setting on I would recommend that you 'me too' the bug report and populate your towns yourself until there is a solution for the bug report. (Also, you can sign up for notifications about the bug report so you get notified if a solution comes out in a patch, as in that case there will be a notice on the report of a solution, etc.)
