grave/urn not showing strengthen connection option

So 2 of the sims in my household died (parents) but only one of their urns had the "strengthen connection" option, which I did. The other never had it, they're both graves now but this was true befor...

@wasteyrselfff I would think both options should be available. Did both die the same death ?

@crinrict I had this happen. I had three Sims in one family die of old age at once (all merfolk - father, mother and son all reaped at once). None had the strengthen option.
