I'm now playing the doctor career and having this issue. On PC, vanilla game, most packs installed and updated to latest patch. My sim is meant to deliver a baby for a patient who just arrived, she checks the patient's tummy and then it drops out of her queue. I have tried moving the table, rotating it, resetting it, resetting the patient - nothing works. I have used this hospital since the start of my game (I built it myself, no MOO) and it has always worked for my own sims giving birth.
Helloelliebreton Try using the default colour swatch on the surgery table and test to see if the issue remains.
