If you are unable to see the Happy At Home login event in The Sims 4 after you've removed mods and custom content from your game, please run an error report and post the provided Report ID in this thread along with your OS and version (Mac Catalina/Sonoma / Windows 10/11, etc.) so we can take a look.
Please note that you must be on the latest available version of The Sims 4 and EA app/Origin to see these events.

Cleaned out the cache files as everyone suggested also, no luck.
I’m in Australia, it’s nearly 3:30am on the 31st of May for me (couldn’t sleep) thought I’d play some sims to pass the time, but have absolutely nothing regarding the event login and haven’t had any pop up regarding this at all- only from what I’ve seen online did I know about the event rewards. Will be disappointed if I can’t access the rewards and would prefer if it was available in my time zone at a more reasonable hour as well.
I’ve removed all mods, and cleared all the cache. My game is up to date to the latest version and so is the EA app and I’m online when attempting this. I’m on PC and have windows 11

Update mine never worked. Don’t know if I missed it entirely or if the event was never supposed to be available in Australia, but completely disappointing regardless, especially since I logged in yesterday at a reasonable hour for me (around 8pm on the 30th of May) as well as the middle of the night (around 3:30am on the 31st of May) which was around the time the new kits were uploaded and also logged in again this morning again the 31st of May and have attached a photo of it still not showing on my Home Screen.
Live in Aus & I've done every step in my last post once more just in case, still nothing. 🤨
So, nothing appears to me either, mods removed, cache cleaned, made a report. 😭

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Opening the game I guess.
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't have a pop-up for the daily login rewards, which makes me unable to claim them.
What do you expect to see? That I do get a pop-up and that I am able to claim the rewards, like other people. Since it's time based, I will be missing rewards like this.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Hi, @Sarah8771 The events are 'starting' on May 30, but being rolled out for a few weeks, they mention more information in a recent tweet.. note: you won't miss out. 👍

Hey, I was forced to switch to EA App on my Mac a few months back and now I cannot claim the Home Login Event. I cannot see anything in my game and the Event page also says this: "The Sims 4 Happy at Home Login Event will be available beginning on May 30, 2024 on PC via EA app™, Mac® via Origin, Epic Games Store and Steam®, PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One systems."
No mention of being able to claim on Mac if you launch the game through EA app, but Origin works now only on older Mac system and I am running on the new one, Sonoma 14.4.1.
My game is up to date, version 1.107.112.1230. My account is probably still marked as in Czechia, but I am currently living in the Netherlands. Also the version of the game I have is in Czech, because it cannot be switched to English from that language, which is another thing that annoys me, but doesn't have a solution,
Anyways, how can I claim the Login Event? Is it going to be rolled out for Mac EA app users later?
Also I forgot to mention that I don't have any mods or cc installed.

Well, I have solution for you. It actually annoys me and I don't understand why it's working like that.
When I created second user account on Mac (for a computer, not EA App) and opened EA App (what a horrible app, constant issues with it), then The Sims 4, it was no longer in the language that was installed on main account but in English. The main account didn't install game in English... And I have no idea how to change the language on the second user Mac account.
On Mac you can have Login Event with EA App, not only Origin. They should be more careful when they write this stuff. But yeah, they don't care anymore.
Hi, so it's now the 31st 3:37pm cet where I live, and I still don't have access to the daily login reward in sims 4. I've seen that you're supposed to have a freezer bunny on the front page, and its not even there.. I've tried to go in and say "repair game" but it doesn't work... and I cant find anywhere saying how to fix it

This idea of Login Event is absolutely disgusting. First shopping card during game play, now this. I would feel ashamed if I were you, EA.
It's great that EA writes 'you won't miss out' but you people are out of touch. For example I WILL MISS OUT because I'm going on vacations for 3 weeks, without computer of course. So tell me, how can I get all rewards?
Disgusting. I don't know how you could announce that some time ago as something 'exciting'. Buggy, expensive game which now tries to be a mobile game.
