Happy Home Login Event not appearing on Main Menu

daily login rewards have been announced via social media, ive updated my game via ea app and repaired it, but don't see the event pop-up on my main menu as shown online. anyone else having this issue...

    Hey all, 

    The Happy at Home event should now be available to everyone as of 0900 UTC today.

    If you still cannot access the event, please report that in the thread here so we can track it appropriately.

Yes, this is a completely vanilla, fresh install of the game (both the C: drive and Documents folder files).

I also tried clearing my EA App cache and my EA app appears up to date, though I can uninstall and reinstall that if you'd like, just let me know.

Also, if there are any game files from C: or Documents you'd like to review please let me know that as well and I will attach them.

    12:10pm, my home main menu screen looks the same… does the Event start later today? and what time? Idk if my game is not working or it’s just too early?

      @kaasshko Try deleting all cache including localthumbcache.package and reopen the game. After I did that, I was able to see the box in the main menu, but nothing happens when I click on it.

    @EA_Cade I'm also having trouble with it right now. I tried deleting my mods, clearing the cache and repairing the game, but I still didn't see the Freezer Bunny on my main menu. I have submitted a report but forgot to jot down the ID. Running on Windows 11. I've tried today, yesterday and the day before (29th, 30th, 31st). Hopefully, we can find a solution before the first week ends because the items look really good! Thank you so much for all your help!

      I'm having the same issue however a friend of mine who isn't logged in to my account on their PC and the Bunny pop up wasn't there so maybe its an issue with certain accounts?

    I just logged out and back into the EA App again and it finally showed up for me and worked 🥳!

    I've been trying all the different suggestions for hours now, but still no luck, the only thing that's changed is that I now keep getting a popup about the new kit...

        Hello everyone,

        I hope I'm in the right place with this question. The announced Login Event that was supposed to start on 30th May is not showing up for me. I'm playing on PC / Windows 10.

        Here are some things I have already done/tried:

        - Updated my game (version 1.107.112.1030)

        - Disabled all Mods/CC in the game options

        - Repaired my game

        - Cleared the Sims 4 cache (multiple times after each new try)

        - Cleared the EA-App cache

        - Restarted the EA-App and the game multiple times

        Is there anything else I can try or is my only option to completely reinstall everything and hope that this will do anything?

        Thank you in advance and my apology if I'm in the wrong place with this question.
