Happy Home Login Event not appearing on Main Menu

daily login rewards have been announced via social media, ive updated my game via ea app and repaired it, but don't see the event pop-up on my main menu as shown online. anyone else having this issue...

Hey all,

The Happy at Home event should now be available to everyone as of 0900 UTC today.

If you still cannot access the event, please report that in the thread here so we can track it appropriately.

I also have no pop up or any type of message on the main menu screen for the Login Events making it impossible to claim any reward. I'm going to tag @EA_Cade for help since this is a limited timed event and we are unable to claim rewards even though we are logging in and participating as instructed.

I've attached a picture of my main menu after logging in several times today showing there is no Login Event showing for me. I hope the team fixes this error and credits our accounts for the reward items that we are unable to claim.

@Wyattsmama2008 Yeah, I cleared the cache and it unfortunately did not make a difference. I've tried with and without mods also.

@LadyDecaff This is definitely proving to not be as simple a problem to fix as one would hope. I actually need to attempt to address it on my daughters MacBook as well, but I’ve not had the chance to mess with her system as of yet.
