that happens a lot to me with the Discover University npc Sims. one minute, things seem to be taking off and heading towards a certain direction. the next, they act like you're a stranger and are impossible to please.
honestly, I've just come to terms with it. I've had that pack for a long time and the npcs' behaviors haven't really changed in that sense.
So in theory, if I start a new save in a different town and don't do the university aspect to it then will it usually play through as normal?
