Heirlooms are not showing up…

I saw there was a similar issue with the heirlooms about 8 months ago…I am having the same issue now…I have tried everything and it seems like it’s not gonna be fixed until an update for this bug is fixed… I have turned off all mods and CC, I have restarted my game, repaired it through both EA app and Steam, I have cleared my files…this is most likely a bug…help…I’m doing a decades challenge and I need the heirlooms from a previous sim in the household who has now passed away… :(
