Help! duplicated sim spawn by system

Hiya, my sim had duplicate suddenly spawned, everything's the same, only name different. I added her to my family and deleted her. then after a while my sim got another duplicate. this duplicate always says it's her sister, shown in the family chart. I do not use mod/cc by the way, only use the usual testing cheats stuff.

Anyone knows how to fix this? Thanks in advance.
