help me with the foundations

I need help. I found a house that I love but need to build one more room. I can't use the arrows to pull out the rooms because it says the rooms are at different levels, I've tried to remove foundation, i use the arrow to pull down the foundation. Look at the picture what happens then. So what can i do?

    Are you trying to build a sunken room? I don't think a sunken room can be attached to the main building because they have different "ground" levels.

    If you just want another room same as the others, just remove the sunken walls, flatten out the ground and build the walls out from the main building. Away from the building, not towards it.

    @suufiee Well, you didn't actually create a "room", just a wall. Walls attach differently depending on how you draw them. If you draw them "towards" the house, they'll be different than if you draw them "away" from the house. They attach differently.

    Try just drawing the walls away from the house. I mean start at one of the existing house walls and draw away. Don't try messing with the foundation until you've enclosed it in a square. If you've attached it properly to the house, the entire house will raise up and down.

    The fact that just those walls went down and not the entire house means they weren't attached to the main house properly.
