High Free Will

so, im just got married, before that, i just playing single sims, when i got married, my wife move into my home, so i played two sims, i just wanna playing one sims, and i searching in many forum and tell that is not possible, so they tell me that every sims has free will, i know that my second sims(wife) is do random activity, but somehow they just standing without to do something, until 6-14 second they will do random things, so my question is, can i turn a high free will that they will not standing without to do something(after one activity, they will go to second activity), i very need help guys, im so sorry if u cant understand my  bad english.
