Homework crash at 3x speed

My university and teen sims stops doing their homework within like 5 seconds of doing it without completion. Homework or studying for university, when I go the 3x speed it disappears and they never f...

@mizzymiz Does the game crash or just the task disappear ?

What's your platform ? Mods/CC ?

I use a windows gaming laptop, I do use mods and cc, but I've taken out recent mods that I've downloaded to see if it'll fix it but it is still happening. The task just disappears after my sim starts it if I go to 3x speed.

    @mizzymiz Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache and then try again on a backup of your save,
