The game is still not playable for me in vanilla because of Wants & Fears + Henford. If I don’t would have mods as from Simvasion (Villager NPC Roles Fix) and TearsofTyr(Sims Get No Fears) this would be the point I would stop playing this game complete after this *bugfix* patch. I don’t mind bugs if I have a work-a-round, but the toggle for wants & fears is to blame that almost all of my elder are now screaming toddler!
Yeah unfortunately this didn't fix my issues either, except I'm glad about the T posing in surgery as that one was a nasty one.
Respectfully, I see fixes for newer content while other packs like DHD, MWS and CoL for example need attention. Even GTW still needs more fixes as careers are very buggy. A few bits of DHD have been fixed lately but the pack remains fundamentally flawed but with great promise. If the furniture is still bugged and causing slotting issues for my other pack content then it needs to be fixed as it's been like that since CoL came out. MWS caused a lot of problems in my game to the point where I have had to take a break. That was June and it's nearly Autumn. The last patch caused excessive crashing and the patch to address the HSY patch caused pointer glitches.
I hadn't noticed half of these problems with scenarios. I think stability and purchased pack content needs to be at the forefront of fixes as we've already bought them and some have (accidentally) been game breakers.
I am glad to see the HSY fixes for players who had bought it and because I'd like to add it in a few months but I need more fixes to be able to play my game.
So I really built up my hopes for this one but I'm a bit meh about it. I'm sure it's complicated with all the different combinations of packs and platforms but I just need more.
My wait continues it seems...sigh.
