Horse mounting glitch with no mods, new install, Mac

Hi, I just switched to the EA app and downloaded all of my Sims 4 games to my Mac and bought new ones including the horses.  So it's all a brand new install and I have no mods. I am playing Sienna a...

@Esmertina I’m not sure what you mean by “goes off to the other side of the house” - is she resetting when you ask her to mount? I haven’t run into that bug recently and even when I did it was intermittent - but when it happened it generally got stuck on a particular Sim until I traveled with both the Sim and the horse to a different lot. Then they’d be able to mount again, even after they traveled back home.

    @PipMenace I meant Horse! Ha! Sorry.

    They were on their home lot, but I will try that next time. Since then, Manuel Aguilera has successfully ridden the horse, but I haven't tried again with Sierra because I have kept the poor girl pregnant.
