Household has disappeared and cannot be found anywhere.

I play as this household from time to time, yesterday I went to play as them and I realised they were missing from my ‘manage households’ section. I then went to the world they live in and the only thing that’s stands is their house fully decorated. I went to other sims who have relations with the household who disappeared but they are also no longer in the relationship section too. My household has disappeared completely. I’ve tried ‘other households’ and they are not there, I tried to ‘reload a save’ but none of the options available would’ve contained that family. Also no I did not mistakenly delete them either, literally vanished overnight.
