how can i get The Sims 4 Happy at Home Login Event rewards?

I just miss one day login and now i can't get the final reward? 

how can I get in touch with EA in stead of finding help in the stupid community

    In the article 'Events are Coming to The Sims 4', it says this:

    There's plenty of time during the Event to jump in if you are coming in late. Each day you launch the game counts as a login to unlock the next available reward. If you come in late to the Event there's still time to catch up, but it will take 8 days of logins to unlock all of the rewards. We've provided an extra week to login and claim those remaining rewards.


    Can you see a timer listed under the event login rewards? Can you pop up an image of what you're seeing please?

    Hi @patrickwong93

    I see, thanks for sharing that. The Happy at Home Login Event was set to run for 4 weeks with an extra week at the end to login and claim any missing rewards before the event ended. If it's no longer appearing for you, it's likely the events wrapped up.

  • @EA_Lanna So how can I get back the reward? Do you know its frustrating that i can't get my last reward. The event sucks and this platform seems useless to me for asking any help.

    THIS AHQ REALLY USELESS. EA DO NOT CARE THE PLAYER OF THE GAME.  NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED AND ONLY A USELESS FORUM FOR ME TO SEEK HELP. THAT'S INSANE.

    Can anyone tell me how to get in touch with EA?

    @EA_Lanna  I am asking the question why I cannot get the final reward item.  But nobody giving me a reason and nobody is trying to help me to fix this problem!!

    I completely understand how disappointing it is to miss out on the event rewards. This was a limited timed event and unfortunately, there's no way to complete the event now that it's ended to get the remaining rewards. I'm sorry, I wish I had better news for you. 

    I'm also sorry to hear you're disappointed with Answers HQ.   • @EA_Lanna this is ridiculous! why don't EA just extend the event period or just simply make the event exist forever.  The link you provided do not have any direct link for me to reach EA support.

    Obviously you do not understand how I disappointed at EA.  The event sucks ,how can you just let me join the login event and don;t let me to claim the last reward.

  • I am also having this issue. I don’t think it’s fair that all the other rewards had multiple days to claim a reward and the final one did not. It’s also completely unacceptable that EA stated they would extend the claim deadline and then did not. Game developers need to be held accountable for what they say if they say they’re going to do something!!! To leave hundreds of people that are in the same situation without a solution to a problem that they said they would fix is unacceptable!! To have a 4 hour claim window for a reward that takes 4 weeks to wait for, and then not be able to get it is beyond frustrating. And for the company to say “it’s too late now, there’s nothing we can do about it” is not an okay response… that’s terrible customer service and a company as big as EA/ Sims 4 should have a little bit more respect for its customers/users. EA should consider not doing these login events in the future if they don’t actually care to fix the issues that they create.

    The final reward had up to 14 days to claim it, from the first day of week 4 until the final day of week 5.

    @EA_Lanna     Hello!  I understand the Happy At Home event has ended but I wonder if you could intercede with the team on behalf of the players.  There are a number of threads in which players reported having trouble claiming the rewards.  I primarily play on PC but I also have the game on PS4 and PS5.  I was able to claim the rewards on PC and PS5 without any problems.  However, I had issues claiming them on PS4.  After claiming the second reward, I had to attempt claiming the third several times, as if the game didn't recognize that I had already claimed it.  Perhaps there could be a second running of this event to allow another chance at claiming the rewards for those who had problems?  I really appreciate your time and consideration!
