How do I find the lot to move my sims to

I'm trying to move my sims to an empty lot, but when I try to move them it doesn't show the lot they have already purchased.

I had my sims buy a bigger lot before I tried to move them. When I try to move them onto the lot they purchased it doesn't show up and so I can't move them. I don't know how to take a screen shot while in the game.

@bev6usa Just press c that should create a screenshot in your screenshot folder.

Are you using mods/cc ?
