How do I remove those objects from the lot?

When I was selling food outside the lot and when I finished, I placed the object in my inventory to take it somewhere, but I didn't realize that a 'bug' causes the objects to stay there but not function.

                               I actually set up 1 food stand, but when I go to another lot, it stays there but is no longer functional.

That red thing is a puddle, but it's from a mod. I thought it was my mods causing that, so I deactivated all my mods, and those objects didn't disappear, so I reactivated them because it seems there's no solution. And it's not just happening in that world; it happened in other worlds with the same problem , And it's not just the food stand; there are also dishes of different foods, bicycles, floating trash bags, and puddles of water.
