How to add stuff from the online gallery to the game

How do I download stuff from the online gallery and add it to my Sims 4? This one: https://www.ea.com/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/pc/gallery. I know I am supposed to log in and click on the download bu...

@Naodyr  Try loading the Gallery and downloading from within the game.

And you should use the EA account that owns Sims 4.
