How to avoid Sims who are broke?

Hello,

I downloaded a few Base Sims for me to change in CAS, when I wanted them to move into an empty lot, I couldn't do it, and the reason why is because whoever created these Base Sims forgot to use the money cheats so that they will not be in the red.

So, my question is how do I avoid downloading Sims who are broke from the Gallery?

And by the way, I did try FreeRealEstate On and that didn't work for me.
