How to import Sims 3 furniture to Sims 4

Hello,  Does anyone know how to import furniture from the Sims 3 into Sims 4? It would be much appreciated if anyone could provide a clear step by step instruction. All I can find is youtube videos ...

    Thanks for the quick reply. I guess I am out of luck then because I don't know how to make custom content.

You can't. You need to recreate the CC furniture for the Sims 4.
