As title says, the cheer mat from High School Years looks glitchy (not sure of the correct terminology) when in live mode. No difference if it's in use or not. I have attached a screenshot.

Adding something I forgot to mention: when the cursor is on the mat, it goes back to normal but as soon as the cursor is no longer over the mat, it looks weird again.
Update (sorry!) : it isn't consistent and I can't work out a pattern.
Oh sorry I forgot to mention that. I have tried both a game repair and also tested without mods, however the issue is still there.
Is it happening for both mats and any swatch or a particular one ?
Have you tested another save/household too ?
did the last patch help you with this issue ?
