It just shows the demo version of the Sims 4 without any expansions and it says I need to purchase it again, nothing else.

If you don't find the games you have logged in to the wrong account, try using another email address!@jpkarlsenNo other emails were used then this one, I have definetly NOT logged in to the wrong account, I deleted everything from THIS account by accident because origin wouldn't notice that I already had origin installed.
