I can not find this outfit in CAS

I cannot find this outfit in CAS no matter the level of snowy escape skills.
Do you know how to get it?

- @ReneHollyDesign1 They are unlocks. The top is even called reward. I just don't know what you need to do.
It's funny how there's all these guides for every pack what's included but none of them include the unlocks and what you need to do. Time to download those maids in the gallery that unlock the clothing. LOL
The hooded one is a reward for Rock Climbing skill, I just don't remember what level. Not sure where that hat comes from.
@First_Mrs_B Have you maxed the Skiing Skill? I've just read that some clothing is unlocked when you do that. I haven't got any Sims in my current game with maxed skiing skill, just snowboarding and rock climbing and one of those (snowboarding I think) unlocked the blue outfit we mentioned earlier that is similar to the red and blue one you're also looking for.
