I got confused when buying a expansion pack

Last Thursday I bought a new sims expansion thinking it was the “Get to work” expansion. I have been playing for several days thinking why the add-ons were not coming out of the game and why there was no difference with the sims jobs I had before until today I found that I bought the wrong expansion. I mistakenly bought the star wars content pack, which I was not interested in. I have spoken to support to get my money back but since it has been 24 hours since I opened the game they have no way to return it to me and exchange it for the correct pack. Still, as long as the request goes to the top, I would have already lost the offer I had to buy the pack I wanted ☹️

I really don't like this pack and it was not the pack I expected.

    Hi @iriamoedo , I'm sorry you didn't get the pack you wanted to ☹️ Unfortunately there isn't much we can do since the refund window has passed. Keep an eye out for any future sales for City Living, hopefully that can soften the blow a little bit.
