I have one sim who glitches after every romantic interaction

My sim cannot woohoo. She was a rando sim that my sim was interested in. They have FULL romance and FULL friendship.

Every time, after any romantic interaction she glitches. Unfortunately it isn't her bf. I tested it, he woohoos with other sims just fine. 

She gains the romance points just fine but never completes the task, even half way through a kiss she t poses. When i do the woohoo interaction they are like yay lets do it! and then t pose. She's getting PISSED at her bf cuz they can't woohoo (it's her fault sadly).

I've tried repairing the game, nothing works. I've tried reseting her, fixing her in CAS all of it. Anyone else have this glitch? I like this sim but might have to move on from her.
