I followed the instruction presented with the box. ( I purchased the game at Target) I added the redemption code and the was prompted to download origins. After the download was complete I saw no signs that the game was loading or even thinking about loading. Ive tried shutting down the computer and restarting everything and nothing works.
Start Origin and log in to your account. You will find the game in the Game Library.
Sounds like you went through the proper path to get to Origin; try the following:
In Origin's main menu:
- Go to Origin > Redeem Product Code (Enter your code as provided from the game.)
- If the previous step doesn't work, go to Games > Reload Game Library. (This forces Origin to check your Game Library for redeemed codes, for what games are available on your account.)
If neither of these work, you may have to put in a request to Customer Support, as it could come down to the Product Code not being recognized, or potentially being stuck in a redeemed state without being associated with an account.
