I was playing abit this week and wondered why the camera was jumping again. Turns out the latest patch reset the camera setting regarding IgnoreLotLevel, three out of four lines were set to false. AGAIN !

Yes, this is normal. As would a game repair. It notes that a change has been made so “fixes” it. Adding this game file to the ConfigOverride folder would workaround this.
