[IL] Swim faster at level 6 Fitness not happening

Not sure if this  is something that came with Island Living or is exclusive to Island Living, but very rarely do my Sims swim "faster"  after reaching level 6 in Fitness. Not game shattering, but not...

I found the solution.

It’s something to do with a hidden trait, not sure what caused it.

Try using MCCC, search for trait_hidden_mediumswimming, and remove it.
