I'm still having the traveling issue

I can't even use the travel feature on the phone right now because it keeps having this issue where my sims do something while the traveling loading screen like talking to sims when the travel screen loads, when they aren't or acquiring skills. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, and tried it without mods, still having the issue. 

Now I have to travel going to manage worlds and click visit if I want my sims to go somewhere because I can't use the travel phone feature without my sims talking to other sims when they aren't supposed to when the travel screen loads
